That you received notices of levy indicates that a creditor sued you and got a judgment. Is that correct?
My guess is that the creditor is shotgunning local banks in the hopes of snagging your account.
You can ignore the levies for the banks where you don't have accounts but I suggest that you not provide the account where you do have an account unless you are compelled by the court to reveal it.
Meantime, get your money out of the bank and stop any automatic deposits because, eventually, the creditor might hit the right bank and you'll cry.
Or, you can call up the creditor and arrange to pay the debt. You might be able to negotiate a discounted cash settlement.
