With permission, sure.
Then what?
Life isn't so easy when you are out on your own as a minor.
Yes, IF you have the permission of your legal guardians to move out, you may.
If you do not have their permission, you may not.
As long as you are under 18, you live where they say you live. If they say you live on your own, or with a friend, then you do. If they say you live at home, then you live at home. it's up to them.
If guardians permit a minor ward to move out, it may be problematic under the court order appointing them as guardians -- it may be a violation of their duties as guardian. They should review the court's order of appointment.
i am adopted i want to go live with my birth mother .
You can live anywhere your parents (i.e. your adoptive parents and legal guardians) allow you to live.
Your parents are the ones who raised you. Things might seem sunshine and roses with your birth mother, but she was not there for you - your parents. There may be nothing wrong with having a relationship with your birth mom, but you cannot simply pack up and move as a minor.
