So. Court was rescheduled for June. I told the judge that I didn’t pay that amount bc she owes me money from the irs return. She filed an amendment but still we filed together. I also told the judge that I went to the country where we married and filed an annulment of the divorce and that I need a paternity test for the newborn.

Any money you think she owes you is between the two of you and you don’t take it out of child support. Also, how do you have a false divorce? The holes in your story get larger and larger. Oh, and it might be your kid from 2016 now?

I'm also doubting that a judge told her to shut up and that she snuck a divorce behind your back. Did you not respond to any of the legal documents?
