Unless you have seen the child's birth certificate. You have no way of knowing what is on it. If I remember correctly she had the baby recently. Her partner would have to legally adopt the child in order for the her name to be on the birth certificate. This takes time.

If the child was conceived by artificial insemination. There is no name on the birth certificate under father. Unless an adoption is done

She is on the birth certificate a mutual friend saw it. How can this be possible. They are married so there is a presumption of paternity. And Im the dumb one
