Consquences of Failing to Check In with Probation

My question involves criminal law for the state of: washington
for the passed 2 months almost 3 i have had no way of contacting my probation officer and yesterday i called him and he seemed upset about it and annoyed saying how he reached out to my mother and girlfriend but he said that i need to come to his office at 10:00 am and make a plan with him. I havent actually done any crimes or used drugs i just haven't had the chance to get ahold of him to check in. Am i going to juvie on thursday or is he being honest with me and just wants to make a plan. my charge is attempted assault 2 and i received 12 months of probation community service and restitution fees.

That is not going to excuse you from your actions or in this case inactions.

Let's say for just a second that you did, in fact, go somewhere you had absolutely no way to contact your PO. (Your story)

Why did you not contact your PO before you left?

I couldn't agree more. But I'd like to hear the excuse he is going to give the PO to the question I asked.

More so, I want to hear why you have a probation officer if you haven't actually done any crimes. That is highly unusual.

Here is the thing... you were given probation instead of jail. If you are asking for a guarantee that you will not be behind bars on Thursday night, we cannot do that. However, failure to show up on Thursday morning almost GUARANTEES that you WILL be jailed when they do find you.

I think he meant he hasn't done any crimes while on probation (not that he didn't commit one before that got him probation).
