Cyber Sex Laws for Minors

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Ohio

Are there any rules or laws regarding cyber sex if both participants are minors? Could it even be considered consensual?

I am interested in knowing what the laws say about this situation.

If you mean talking, no.
If you mean sharing photographs of yoruself showing your genitals or some actual or simulated sex act, you are as guilty of child porn as some creeply old guy.

And if the image exchange is mutual, you both could be charged with possession, receiving, and distribution of child porn, even though the distribution is pictures of yourself.

Generally the same statutes that apply to adults apply to minors. There are exceptions when it comes to statutory rape and the difference in age between the people involved. But a minor cannot legally send pornographic images of a minor any more lawfully than an adult can. A minor who distributes a sexually explicit image of a minor can be prosecuted under Ohio's child pornography laws and have to register as a sex offender.
