Default Possible to Avoid Extradition on a "Probation Revocation Pending" Status

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas
My boyfriend didn't finish the probation of SAFPF in Texas. He was arrested in Sarasota over 45 days ago. Is there anyway to avoid having him extradited so he can serve probation here in Florida? He has no family or anything there, he was driving through to see his mother here in Florida.

Prevent? No. If Texas wants to come get him, there's nothing that will stop that. If he wanted to move to Florida, he should have applied to do that while he was in good standing. It's not going to happen to a fugitive absconder.
