    As a person concerned with allowing the judicial system to work properly and prove any charges laid upon a person; He should find a lawyer and not speak to anybody but his attorney about this.

    To whom did your "teen" make this accusation? To you? To police? To a teacher? CPS? Is this "teen" a child or adult? If you have any reason to believe your child, that the accusation may be legitimate, you should do what ever is necessary to protect him or her. What does your question relate to?
