Default Can You be Criminally Charged as a Middle Man in a Drug Deal

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Pennsylvania

My boyfriend was involved in a situation where he told someone who to buy drugs from and the said person bought the drugs and later overdosed and died. My boyfriend was not there when the drugs were bought or anything after that. He does not deal with the drugs or anything else. The only thing he did was tell the person who to buy off of. He was in jail for it a few months ago and now they are telling him he might go back for it. My question is how long would his jail time be.

Default Re: Middle Man in Drugs

If he is on parole or probation, they can certainly end up revoke that and he could go back to jail on the original charge.

He could very much be convicted on conspiracy charges for what he did. He needs an attorney.
