and if her parents find out, you can get slapped with a restraining order keeping you away from their UNDERAGE daughter. and again, as i said before, unless her parents agree, ITS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. you family has no standing legally when your gf is concerned. none at all. she is not their child.
good, because if she did, YOU would be facing a whole host of charges-kidnapping, the mann act, interference with parental custody, contributing to a minor. which would mean you and she would see each other behind a pane of glass for a long time to come. bottom line, you and she have no choice but to wait untill she is 18
Perhaps there's a certain joy in being shrill, but it's not particularly helpful. What's the point in presenting a parade of horribles about what could (theoretically) happen if somebody does something that they have expressly stated they have no plan to do? As I have previously pointed out, also, courts do not issue restraining orders like candy on Halloween.
