Wow. You realize that if she's declared incorrigible and made a ward of the state, she'll wind up in juvie jail? With all that entails + you'll never see her again and never hear anything about her until she maybe murders someone and ends up on the news? If this is how much you hate her, why did you ask for custody of her in the first place?
That's almost entirely wrong. The most common effect of a child being declared in need of service is that the child is placed on a form of probation, likely with a requirement for counseling. When possible, a placement might be made with another family member. While in extreme cases the child may be placed in foster care, it would take rather remarkable facts for the child to be incarcerated, and either way the primary focus would be corrective and focused on family reunification.
