Default Re: Can My Mother Legally Do This

If she takes your earnings, who is paying your car insurance? While she can take your earnings, there should be a compromise so that you have some money to spend as you wish and she saves the rest for you if that is what she is doing. I don't know the character of you mother so I can't say if she is truly saving your earnings for you or spending it.

I can understand how you feel. You are now working and getting no reward for your labor. You should work out some sort of arrangement with mom that you get some portion of your paycheck to spend on yourself.
