Default Can You Get Workers Comp After Having a Transient Ischemic Attack on the Job

My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: Florida, while on the job employee had a mild stroke: paralyzed whole left side. Asking if workers compensation covers medical expenses that incurred: mri, catscan, ultrasound, ecg's, etc. For, a very hefty out of pocket expense to cover.

WC only covers injuries caused by factors on the job. Unless the stroke was caused by some occupational factor, it's not going to be covered.

as has been posted, the employee will need medical evidence that the stoke was caused by the job before a claim would be accepted.
