Default Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Damage to Property

I am 17 years old, I live in Wisconsin. I’ve been charged with 7 disorderly conducts and 6 criminal damage to property. I’m wondering what will happen in court. Any ideas?

    You could be convicted.

You could go to jail or a juvenile facility.

Whatever you did, you should have thought about the consequences before doing it instead of whining about it now.

At age 17 in Wisconsin, criminal charges are filed in adult court. Have your parents help you get a lawyer.

Agree with Mr. K. Wisconsin disorderly conduct is a class B misdemeanor and the criminal damage is at least a class A misdemeanor (could be a felony even, depending on what you damaged and how badly). Each class A could get you nine months in 9 months in jail and/or a $10,000 fine. Each class B could get you 90 days and a $1000 fine.
