Report it to the police. They are trespassing.

I would try to get the dominant tenant to agree to a locked gate with both of you having keys versus speed bumps. Speed bumps won't keep the trespassers off the easement.

And speed bumps can create a liability depending on all facts involved. I would be very hesitant to install speed bumps without an attorney signing off on everything about them.

We are not getting the complete situation. If you are the servient estate and others that are not the dominant estate are using the easement, they are trespassing plain and simple. You should call the police and report the trespass.

What has been posted, that the trespassers could gain an easement would take your acquiesce to their using the easement for a statutory period. Then they would have to go to court to get it. You should post the easement that it is private property and trespassers will be prosecuted. Lets start there.

Could you explain who has been legally (in writing and recorded) granted use of this "easement", and the language used to do so? What use are the other "trespassers" making of this property? Are they going somewhere that they can access another way? My first thought would also be gates, but that depends on the facts.

The people using the easement is not the people that legally have the easement
Let's not complicate a simple problem. People using the easement are not dominant estates. It doesn't matter what the language is. It is that simple.

I can only go by what OP has posted. If persons are using the easement where they were not granted the non-possessory right to use it, then they are trespassers.
