My question involves criminal law for the state of: Michigan
Idk if this is considered battery or assault, but my brother was yelling at me to get off my bed and wake up. When I didn't, i felt myself aggressively pulled off and him again telling me to get up. I asked why, and he just says: "it's not important".
A bit groggy i sit on the floor trying to get myself awake and my brother leaves, and comes back with cold water, throwing on me, making me upset. Atm i felt angry and was shaking from this.
I decided to retreat back to the corner behind my bed, to which my brother said he's calling the police. Lied to them saying i was combative. I left to get some air and to get as far from that place as i could.
I didn't do anything wrong, all this over a stupid rental payment.
