I am embarking on a vacation in the near future and will be working three of my five schedule days, I am a salaried employee. My question regards, am I still entitled to my weekly salary, even if I am not working an entire normal work week?

No.
Salaried is only a pay method and means nothing in and of itself. What matters to pay issues is whether you are exempt or non-exempt. Both exempt and non-exempt employees can be paid on a salaried basis, with certain qualifications for non-exempts.
If you are non-exempt, you never have any legal expectation of being paid when you do not work. There are a very few industry and/or state specific exceptions but none of them apply here.
If you are exempt, you still have no legal expectation of being paid for time that you take off voluntarily for personal reasons. Such as a vacation.
This is not to say that you WON'T be paid for the other two days. Many, many employers offer paid vacation days. But your question was whether you had an entitlement to be paid, and you don't, regardless of your exempt status.
