The three of you are jointly and severely liable for the debt. That means each of you owe the debt, the entire debt, at least regarding it being owed to the landlord. There is nothing to dispute.
With that being said, the statute of limitations on contracts is 4 years. If they don’t sue you before that time they can no longer obtain a judgment for the debt.
How the debt is worked out between the three of you is whatever was agree bybthe three of you. If you believe either if the other tenants owe you anything you can sue them.
