    Default Unjustified Eviction in Texas

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: tx, so had to have my key fobs reprogrammed. The female assistant manager said to the male manager “can we just have him not ask for anything from me”. Complained to the owners of the complex and stated that I’m prepared to defend my self legally as I’m backed by a large estate. Read online that it’s better to not fight the eviction and protest, then sue for wrongful termination of lease. Is that correct?

I can't make heads or tails of this.

What is the situation? Are you being threatened with eviction? Are you BEING evicted? By whom? Why? What does management have to do with it? Since you are well-heeled, why not either move (before you have an eviction on your record), buy a residence, or hire a lawyer to answer your questions?

Have a garage unit, the garage fobs had to be reprogrammed. I’ll ask one of the attorneys who work for me. Know for a fact that they can’t break lease without reason.gonna have the employee reprimanded by the owner, have the owner fax it over and have her sign a copy.

You either have a lease for a specific term, in which case your tenancy can be ended during the term only for cause; or you have a month-to-month tenancy in which case your tenancy can normally be terminated upon proper notice without cause -- generally thirty days, or the period otherwise specified in your lease.
