    Default Unjustified Eviction in Texas

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: tx, so had to have my key fobs reprogrammed. The female assistant manager said to the male manager “can we just have him not ask for anything from me”. Complained to the owners of the complex and stated that I’m prepared to defend my self legally as I’m backed by a large estate. Read online that it’s better to not fight the eviction and protest, then sue for wrongful termination of lease. Is that correct?
