Default Can a Landlord Eject a Tenant's Guest as a Trespasser

My question involves criminal law for the state of WI

Mother's son moved in with her and is making other tenants' lives hell. Since he moved in with mother in our trailer park. And they did not update lease agreement. Do we have the right to kick him off for trespassing? He treats everyone like shit. Stands in the window and records the people next door kissing husband and sending him off to work. I am the manager, and he will not listen to me because my name is not on anything or on papers. But he has been told by the owner that he has to listen to me.
However, everything told to him. goes in one ear and out the other.
