My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Massachusetts

I have lived at the apartment complex for 2 1/2 years and I'm mid lease. Parking options are first come first serve or $75 for a reserved spot per my current lease and current parking addendum. I have one reserved spot and two cars so the second car I park in open spots. They have sent two emails’ and left a passive aggressive letter on my door on how I had not signed the addendum and how they will start towing 12/1 and then they slipped is the usual Bs closing about how they can't wait to see me in the office. The addendum is to assign residents one sticker per car up to 2 per apartment and 2 guest passes. They also are going to charge $25 for unreturned passes. The issue I have is I don't agree to be financial responsible for their passes and being limited to 2 guest passes is an undue burden on me if I have parents, cleaners and a dog walker coming weekly. Also, we have had theft issues in the garage where tires/wheels are getting stolen and the Manager of the property has said they were considering a locked gate and other options but it's been a year and they have not updated us on that so I don't see how stickers will help if that is even their solution! What are my options?
