The language at issue is to connect the order with a specific lease and property, and it's typical of how legal instruments and court orders do exactly that. I have never seen any court, anywhere, interpret that type of phrasing as limiting in the manner you suggest. What case law or other legal authority are you looking at?
You are not going to find case law interpreting language. We will simply agree to disagree. The Order gives OP possession of the property, nothing more, nothing less. Now, if he/she gets clarification from the bk judge supporting your reading, I will owe you lunch.
