My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: NJ
I think I have a case, I mean I have an attorney who took my case with no upfront fees on a contingent but even that alone is no guarantee. So I am very interested in the technical details, but I do not want to to ask too many questions of course so what does people here think is acceptable? Can I ask for him to send me copies of all the pleadings or is it best to leave him alone. My case involves two employers so I imagine along with his other cases and mine that he is very busy and does not wish to explain to me in 5 minutes what took him 30 years to obtain through education and experience. Am i being naive, reasonable or irrational here or all of the preceeding. I have to be obviously non-descript in the details here. I hope this was a valid question
