    Default Visiting the U.S. With an Unresolved Felony Warrant

    My question involves criminal law for the state of: CALIFORNIA
    Outstanding arrest warrant for Felony was issued 10 YEARS AGO. While case was in progress, I LEFT THE COUNTRY for India. IS IT POSSIBLE TO Visit US now on the East coast?

    Not without being at risk to be arrested on the warrant.

    You should seek the advice of a CA CRIMINAL attorney to get the case resolved.
