It's quite likely even if you were not on parole, they could have searched your room. And since you are both under supervision, yes any DCS agent can check either of you.
If the probation officer was present with a drug task force officer, then odds are this falls under a term of your parole through which you agreed to let your room be searched by law enforcement officers at any time and for any reason.
If they did not find contraband, you should consider whether you want to continue to share a home with your brother. If they did, and you may face (or are facing) new charges or parole violation proceedings, then you need to get in touch with your criminal defense lawyer.
They may have obtained a warrant. Getting the warrant does not mean that they come out immediately to make an arrest. As drugs were found in your room, I think it would be a good idea for you to get a lawyer now to be prepared for the possibility that your probation might be revoked and/or that you will be charged with new crimes.
