What Will Happen After You're Detained by a Store for Shoplifting

My question involves criminal law for the state of Tennessee:
Hello everyone,

I was caught stealing from Walmart exactly a month ago, a guy from the Walmart security staff stopped me at the door and told me to give them back the items I had inside my bag. Then the guy told me to follow him to the security room and asked for my ID amd took my picture no police was called they offered me sign up for a class called CAP, I agreed to take the class and pay 1/3 of the $400 fine they charged me with but I've been unable to make the first payment due to my newborn being in ICU for 3 weeks and causing me to lose my job and total income. The people from CAP gave me 4 weeks to pay the first payment but I was unable to pay it, so now they said my case will be forward back to the store were they're gonna pursuit criminal charges or a civil fine. Do anyone know if they're gonna issue a warrant out for my arrest or will they send me a letter for a fine. Please someone that has been in this similar situation tell me what to expect??

We don't read minds here, but it's likely that the store will end up filing a police report which may result in criminal charges against you.
