I doubt that the police will be very interested in processing a change of address, nor is it likely to matter if you try as the report has probably already been passed on to a prosecutor in relation to the charges. If charges have been filed you should be able to register a change of address with the court, but make sure you use an address where you are confident that you will receive your mail.
You're going to have to face your charges in the county where you were charged.
If I just want a public defender, do I just show up at my court date, and one will be assigned to me? Are they just as capable as criminal defense attorneys?
Also, what kind of mail should I be expecting? One from the station, court, AND apple??? Will they call too???
How old are you?
You can expect a civil demand from Apple, and any notice of court proceedings to come from the court.
I am 19, so yes I am an adult.
Just wondering, but what can I expect on my first court date? Will the judge hand out a ruling? What kind of questions will I be asked? Do I get to say anything?
There will only be a ruling if you plead guilty!
