Default Can Your Probation be Revoked if the Hearing is After Your Termination Date

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas
So I was sentenced to four years of deferred probation. My probation officer violated me for old violations not completing community service, not paying court cost (which Is false and corroborated by the collections office). Which my probation officer claims she violated me because of a failed "diluted Ua". Basically I didn't admit to using and she got mad and violated me but it is not listed in a-f for a reason I'm being violated. I'm out on bond and my four years will be up in less than a month, which I think will be before my hearing. All my payments are current and my new P.O told me I no longer have to report just listen for my court date. I'm also going to be representing myself pro se. Any suggestions, predictions, typical outcomes, or advice will help. Thanks in Advance!

You could go to jail, you could get more probation. The suggestion is to get a lawyer.

In my department, your violation date will come before or even on the date of your termination hearing(the judge hates that but, will accept the petition.) The judge could enter the petition on the day of your violation and continue the matter in order to notify you of the pending court date. Failure to report just because you feel as if you're off probation on the original term date could result in a warrant.

That's what I thought and I will make sure to stay in touch with my officer.
