My question involves criminal records for the state of: North Carolina
Sorry to ask such a basic question, but Googling isn't helping me do anything but find attorney ads.
Basically I was arrested and charged with some felony offenses in NC in 2008, Larceny and Intimidating a Witness, but I was not ultimately convicted. I've lived clean as a whistle ever since, but these things obviously still come up on background checks even though they're just arrests. I have read that some states take 15 years before even arrests can be removed, but can't seem to find specifics on North Carolina.
