    Ok let me get this right you have already been to court and plead guilty!? Your next court appearence is for sentencing? What was code of charge example penal code for shoplifting in CA is 490.5

    no i havent been to court that was somthing form someone elses like story thing about what happened to them. And since reading it i am now officially freaked out i was just gonna go ot court and plea guilty but ask if there was any way I could not have this on my record in hpes of Community service or somthing. Is there apossibility of this happenning or did i steal to much (350) to be able to gwet somthing like this.

    I have yet to reccieve a letter from khols or the court this only happened last monday

    Consult with a criminal defense Attorney and dicuss diversion programs and if you qualify. diversion can help you avoid a conviction on your record and still meet requirements for penalties

    jow do i go about contacting a lawyer, i have no money so do i just go into court and ask to speak with a lawyer or what???

    If you have no money when you go to court you plead not guilty and request a public defender

    I want to enter that i am guitly bc well i am but i want a lesser charge or at least to not have it on my rocord and serve community saervice. would i still enter not guilty, even though id be changing it in the end??

    If you enter a guilty plea you will have a conviction on your record! Do as I said plead not guilty request a public defender he can arrange the guilty plea in exchange for diversion
