Default How Do I Change My Children's Last Name to Their Fathers

My question involves name change laws in the State of: Ohio

I have a set of twins and they have my last name. I am getting married to their biological father Sept of this year (2017). We've talked about changing their last name to his. How do I go about doing so? We weren't together when I had them, as to why they have my last name instead of his. We worked things out and as I said, we're getting married. Thank you!

Which county? (some, but not all, have forms online you can download)

Also, this is assuming that someone else hasn't established paternity.
