Why don't you contact your PO and request that the transfer be cancelled? Just don't be surprised if they aren't cooperative if you change your mind again in the future.
You can always ask. They can say no. Not sure why they would. Do you have a stable place to live/work in your current state? Would you have more support in the new state?
Talk to your probation officer first. Worry about the "what if's" once you know whether they have any basis in reality.
