Default Re: First Time Welfare Fraud

If you received benefits you and your children are not eligible for you will have to pay them back. I doubt criminally charges would result due to the amount, this being the first time you lied and the fact you called and told your worker you lied before spending any of the benefits.

What did you lie about on your application? What proof did you offered to back up your lie ? Any changes in the household, including him coming back and/or giving you any money you have to report within 10 days of them happening.

You need to find a job and go to work. The state can help with the cost if day care until you get on your feet. Until you do you and your children will be at your boyfriends mercy and have to depend on taxpayers for basics.

Is your boyfriend the father of your children? Be sure you do not get pregnant. The last thing you need is another child.
