My question involves criminal law for the state of: PA.
The situation is as follows: the spouses are set to split. Wife doesn't want to work, husband says he's not paying for her expensive habits anymore, she gets a PFA. Husband doesn't cop to being guilty, because he isn't, but his attorney tells him to plead out because the judge he got has an issue with men. Fine. The husband doesn't want contact with the soon to be ex wife anyway.
The wife appoints a third party for property transfer, as the husband was obviously kicked out of the mutual home.
There were multiple issues with the transfer, one of the most egregious being the husband is now noticing an entire box + of things that were supposed to be transferred two months ago, and they weren't. He contacts the third party, and the third party says "Sure, when you return XY and Z, you can have your boxes."
XY and Z weren't in the PFA property transfer ruling.
The third party is quite obviously biased.
Does the husband have any legal recourse?
