That is no help at all. I plead guilty to pl 2 and some other numbers that I was not advised correctly what I was pleading to. I do not have the resources to hire a good lawyer so I got a public defender that seemed more interested in rushing things rather than working for justice. I would have been better off without any of them in the first place . I also want access to their records because I would find it very difficult to believe there have not been similar complaints about the same disgusting people. So far I have been the bigger person and I don't know if that will continue. Any one that says we live in a free country is a liar. Me responding to someone making accusations at me is not a crime ,unless of course we don't really have freedom of speech. I sure the hell do not regret anything I said about her parenting either. The system contributed to make things worse as my niece blames everyone but herself and her son for what he does and when he got grounded she claimed it was because of the people that were a bad influence. That is BS. If they were all firemen it would not surprise me if they showed up with gasoline to put the fire out.
You plead guilty. It was on you to understand what you were signing. Do you often sign things without reading them?

Yes we live in a free country but there are consequences to every action - and the 1st Amendment doesn't allow you to say absolutely anything you want. There are consequences for all speech.

I have no idea what you're trying to accomplish and what information you're seeking.

Maybe you think too highly of yourself ...... I mentioned what the charge was ,yet you claimed I did not..

No, you did not. "Harassment" alone doesn't mean much. What section of the Penal Law did you get charged with and what section of the Penal Law did you plead guilty to?

Harassment is so minor, even the misdemeanor, that I can't see how you would be upset with the plea deal because it's probably a violation.

What kind of criminal history do you have prior to this?

I am not a lawyer. IT said specifically that i am convicted of PL240.26. I said it was numbers and letters already. All I know is what I was told. I was misled.

Trespassing charge about 30 years ago. It is a big deal to me after what they put me through. My niece has the long criminal history and other victims including doing 1000 dollars property damage, robbing the PTA and robbing her employees. She got fired the next month because of her lying and blaming other employees. The district attorney in St lawrence county made a deal to keep a felony off her record and she has a bad reputation as does my lawyer they initially gave me.

I am at the same library right now. It is my niece they don't want here

So that's it. You were convicted of a violation. You're stuck with this conviction on your record, which doesn't mean a whole lot.

The bottom line is there is not much you can do about it now. You should have refused the deal but you agreed to it.
