Default Fired for Leaving Early Despite Coming In Early

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: TEXAS
I would often have to work off the clock and there was alot to get done I was an assistant manager it's on video and audio and still is with manager on salary supposed to be working more then me but I get to work early all the time leave late I've worked plenty of double shift off the clock because "company can't afford those hours to keep me on clock" as manager telling me this on camera it's gotta get done and not coming up to help manage his store even though he was living 2 minutes away i was told on camera we are allowed to leave early as long as I kept my hours the same on the computer witch again staying late was a normal off the clock I needed to get to work an hour early next 2 days because it's count week be there at 4 am instead of 5 to get everything in front counted so I left work 2 hours early so I could be on clock doing my job outside in Texas heat it's only possible to get done early counts have to the called me on my day off to tell me I no longer work there because I left early I later told the manageri filed for unenployment I got an email a few days later asking if I would ever work at murphys after I quit i did NOT quit

Im still looking for a job but this is bull is there anything I can do?

    Your post isn't clear.

Are you stating that you were told that you could come to work early and leave early, as long as you worked the correct number of hours, but then were fired when you came in early and left early?

Exactly what is the "computer" -- are we talking about a time clock? If it was okay to come and leave early, why didn't you ask your supervisor to change your schedule to accord with the hours you were actually working?

What do you believe was wrongful about your termination?

If you were working hours without pay, and your employer was aware of that and was ordering you not to report the hours, consider making a wage claim.

Yes, you tell TWC that you did NOT quit, and let them sort it out, and that is addition to any potential wage claim issue you have.
