Question Can You Change Your Parents on Your Birth Certificate

My question involves name change laws in the State of: Pennsylvania

Morning All, I was wondering if it is possible at all that not only I change my name in Pennsylvania which is where I'll be moving to. (Originally from New York) but growing up my parents were shit and I don't want them as my parents anymore, however, couple that is taking me in has been looking out for me and I consider them more my parents if anything so I was wondering if there's a way where I can have their signatures on my birth certificate while in the process of changing my first and last name?

The only mechanism to change the identity of your parents on your birth certificate is legal adoption.
