Seems to me it's the tenant who has the law on their side because this family of 4 [couple and 2 kids] can bring in any number of people and we would have to either evict or live with it. No I did not ignore your advice, just wanted to know what the law is, will leave it out of the lease, appreciate the help!
Oh wait a minute, some years ago we had a tenant whose son one day had a physical fight with his visiting cousin, can a landlord put on a leas "no fighting allowed or will result in eviction proceedings"?
