I have already explained to you that you are not going to be held in court for filing an eviction case with no prior notice of the bankruptcy. However, you are now aware of the bankruptcy. The automatic stay does apply to you. And again, it doesn't matter if there is a mistake or omission in the list of creditors -- it still applies to you.

Complaining isn't going to get you anywhere. If the stay applies, and rent has come due and gone unpaid since the bankruptcy was filed, you need to seek relief from the stay. If you choose not to do that, it's not a fault of the legal system -- you have a remedy if you choose to employ it.
