My question involves a marriage in the state of: NC
I married a Russian woman a year ago, either she was a good actress or she really did love me when we were married, but I always suspected something wasn't right. For example, she had a rash at the corner of her eye for several weeks that we later found was due to an allergy to my cat. But she kept taking pictures of this rash, and later I would find out she showed it to the police and said I hit her. Anyway, she had her green card interview, which went ok, and she got her green card 2 weeks later. 2 weeks after that she tells me she is moving out. She claimed she just needed a break and was renting an airbnb for a couple weeks. Well after a couple weeks I found a pic of her and the owner of the home in his convertible, with his hand on her thigh. I confronted her about it and told her I want a divorce, but she will not sign the papers, I'm assuming because she wants to figure out how she will stay, but it definitely seems like she is going to try and say she is abused. She told me in addition to the rash thing, that I didn't send her to the dentist in time and she nearly died (which isn't true). I have a receipt for $1,400 from the dentist showing that I took care of it. Since she won't agree to the divorce, I am wondering if I have any chance of getting an annulment based on fraud? If so, how would I go about proving it, and what is the process here in NC?
