Hello everyone! I have been looking through some of the rental listings in my area and I have a few places I'm checking out this coming week.
At the moment, I'm looking into efficiencies and would like to have a better idea of what questions would be useful to present to the owner, what paperwork I should expect, and things I should do to protect myself. All feedback is welcomed and much appreciated.
