Default Is it Possible to Get an Annulment After Divorce

Thank you anyone for taking the time to help with this thread. I currently live in the state of California and I have been recently divorced since May 15. I am wondering if it is possible to get an element after divorce. After I was married I found that my wife had serious mental and emotional issues ( eating disorders, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, narcissism etc.) The reason I want in an element is because I may consider marrying in the future and do not want to have to explain a marriage that was a joke. I should also add that my ex-wife was not a citizen and has also not received her permanent green card at the time of this notice, although our marriage has lasted almost 3 years.

    So simply my questions are:

    1) is it possible to get annulment after divorce

    2) what are justifiable grounds for annulment in the state of California ?

    3) does anyone know of an attorney in the San Francisco Bay area that would be willing to take an annulment case?

Thank you everyone for your time

You are divorced, so there is no longer a marriage that can be annulled.

The grounds for annulment are not being of legal age, not being of sound mind (unable to give valid consent to marriage), bigamy, fraud in the inducement for marriage, force, and physical incapacity (inability to consummate). Three years into a marriage, a divorce case was the proper case to file.
