    Default Criminol Possession of a Controlled Substance in New York

    The past weekend I was in upper New York for a concert (I'm from NE Pennsylvania). On the way in while being searched the guards found a pouch in my shoe with 3 xanax pills(peach) and a small amount of Marijuana (less then a gram). I walked out and was quickly arrested and handcuffed by 4 or 5 cops.

    They took all my money from me for bail (Only had 60$) and gave me an appearance ticket to show for court on the charge of "Criminal Possesion of A Controlled Substance 7th." I believe they dropped the marijuana charge, and slapped me with a section 220.03 violation. After fingerprinting they escorted me out of the building.

    Anybody have anyidea what kind of sentance I could get for this?

    Most likely probation with fines/fees.
