I moved into a space that has been leased for 10 years by the previous business owner in April of this year I have paid all rent due the lease is in effect until October 31st of this year ,the landlord emailed me and said he found a new renter who is willing to pay more per month and I have 60 days to get out per verbal agreement with previous renter. I contacted previous renter and he said it didn't happen or it would have been written and signed by him I literally have to go August 1st and I have no where to go is this legal or can I fight this? please any help will be appriciated
