Default How do Limits on Discovery Work

My question involves a marriage in the state of: TN

I understand there is a limit of 30 discovery Interrogatories that can be asked. What if you ask 20 only questions at one time. Can you send another discovery batch of 10 more questions later? Or can you ask another 30 questions or are you barred from asking more questions after the first time?

You are describing a local court rule, and the only way to be certain as to what the rule includes is to read it. That said, I have never seen a rule that imposes a 30 interrogatory limit and that requires that they all be in one document.
