My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: california
It's been about 60 days since I left due to my dad's wishes, however since I never received a written notice and am still on the lease, do I have a right to move back in? Thanks

Is your goal to create a lot of family discord and drama?
Seriously -- you're no longer a child, as you're on the lease, sotalk to your landlord about being removed from the lease, find a new place to stay, and move on with your life.
Is your rent up to date?
Are your payments up to date? Does the landlord know that you left the residence? Did you surrender the keys? Did you move your property out?
Do you WANT to go back? If it will include a lot of drama, it may be best to just stay away.
It's possible you can legally move in ... it's also possible that you may be seen as having vacated the property and are no longer a resident. A lot will depend on the details.
