I can come up with ways to be detained for 10 days and not see a judge, all it takes is a holiday weekend. The police are pretty good at following the rules, in spite of the impression that is given by reading only the stories in the media, only the incidents are reported not the countless times they follow the rules. Is it possible that you are one of the times that they didn't? Sure, but it's pretty unlikely and your memory of the entire course of events, as a minor, may be, shall we say, biased.
You being in prison through riots, being stabbed beaten and "becoming a man", whatever that means, are totally and completely irrelevant. I guess that there must be a few guilty people in prison if all of those things happened to you, almost all of them will prate on and on about their innocence. I had a friend that went on and on, after he was paroled, that he was innocent even though he definitely assaulted the victim in his case. I think he go a nickel. Be wary of what prison attorneys tell you.
Not entirely relevant but what on earth did you spend 3 hours typing?! Where you writing us a novel? Keep in mind that the best way to get accurate responses is to have a clear and concise post that has all of the relevant facts...all. If you write a novel no one will read it. You're no James Clavell of Michener.
