My question involves malpractice in the state of: Texas

I went into a minute clinic to renew my DOT medical certificate. I paid 100.
The doctor acted like he didn't know what the proper procedure was.

I went to the DMV (2 hours). The DMV employee pointed out that my cert. was missing the examiner's exp. Date.

I'm 2 hours from leaving town.
I call the clinic and ask why the examiner failed to put his exp. Date. She talked to the doctor and it turns out he was certified to perform DOT physicals. I was pretty upset but professional over the phone. I asked how are we going to resolve this. I need to leave town soon.

I had to end up going back up to the clinic and half way retaking the physical. I then go back up to the DMV (2 1/2 hours) process to the state.

I tax a copy to my employer 2 days later. My employer tells me the certificate is filled out on the wrong or old form and I'd need to go back up there.

I go back to the clinic explaining they used the wrong form. They said i'd have to come back tomorrow as the doctor was not in. I told her I demanded a refund. 3 days later I picked up my certificate. Not one phone call was received my the manager regarding my refund.

What are my options here? I'm not for ruining someone's career but I feel that they are incompetent. Wasted alot of my time
Put my license in jeapordy.
