While that statement could be true, I fail to see the point in posting it by itself with no details and no question.
It may become a month-to-month lease depending on the lease provisions and any state/local laws on the issue.
If the lease provides for automatic renewal, it can become a renewal for an additional lease term (e.g., a year).
Like I said: No details, no question.
